Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Enquiry Grid website (enquirygrid.com) and the introducer service we provide. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
2. Who we are
Enquiry Grid is an introducer service operating in the United Kingdom. We help individuals connect with qualified, FCA-regulated financial advisers.
3. Nature of our service
Enquiry Grid is not a firm of financial advisers and does not provide financial, investment, pension, tax or legal advice. We provide an introducer service only. Any content on this website is for general information and does not constitute a personal recommendation.
4. Introductions
- A member of our team will contact you to discuss your situation.
- If we believe an introduction to a regulated financial adviser is appropriate, we will seek your consent before making that introduction.
- We will share the relevant details of your enquiry with the adviser only once you have given your consent.
- The financial adviser operates independently of Enquiry Grid and is solely responsible for the advice they provide.
- Any engagement, agreement, or contract for financial advice is entered into directly between you and the financial adviser — not with Enquiry Grid.
5. No liability for adviser's advice
Enquiry Grid introduces individuals to regulated financial advisers but has no responsibility or liability for:
- The accuracy, suitability or outcome of any financial advice provided by the adviser.
- Any financial loss arising from advice received following an introduction.
- Any act or omission by the adviser following introduction.
The financial adviser you are introduced to is separately authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. If you have a complaint about advice you have received, this should be directed to the adviser directly. If your complaint is not resolved, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
6. No guarantee of introduction
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that an introduction will be made. We assess each enquiry individually and reserve the right to decline to make an introduction at our discretion, without being required to give a reason.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Enquiry Grid website — including text, design, graphics and branding — is owned by or licensed to Enquiry Grid. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content from this website without our prior written consent.
8. Third party links
Our website may contain links to external websites. These are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enquiry Grid excludes all liability for:
- Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
- Any inaccuracy or omission in the information provided on this website.
- Any loss arising from reliance on information contained on this website.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read it carefully.
11. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Contact us
If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us at hello@enquirygrid.com.
